Digging deep into feedback from employees and trying to understand the background of it and aim genuinely to foster an environment of supporting and not just exist there for the sake of it. leadership should be approachable and helpful. not just to listen and ignore employees.

Work from home provision and the fact that more often than not, we need to help ourselves if we get stuck somewhere at work on some assigned tasks as option of support is too minimal from anyone. hence, we learn to figure out things for ourselves although lack of meaningful support is disappointing
