
communication, transparanty and provide fair pay for the work that is being done
nothing in my opinion. they tell you there is room for growth, etc ect but in my experience that room does not excist
most of the team work hard and are friendly, some of them do not deserve to still have there jobs as the cant do the job accordingly and other agents always have to do there jobs
the workload and knowledge you need to learn far surpass the limit to consider this a minimum wage job, it would feel better if foundever would up wage with the inflation of the last couple years so employees dont have to struggle to make ends meet
as mentioned before, foundever does the bare minimum to motivated the employees, always saying how grateful they are for the work provided but will never provide a pay rise. also does not matter how hard you work you will always just "meet expactation". they can start with treating employees fairly!
