Although the company has a great culture, offers career growth opportunities, for my specific job, we are not being paid fairly and we work 44hours a week, which doesn't help when it comes to have a life outside of work.

The company gives several opportunities to grow and have a promotion, as long as you have been here for 3+ months and is doing a remarkable job.

All of our current opportunities come from the fact that the company and managers do not give the recognition and fair salaries we need to thrive. Although everyone in our team had a promotion, we are being paid almost the same thing we were being paid when we started as customer support agents.
