Better pay, better benefits, HOME OFFICE.
Better pay, better benefits, HOME OFFICE, better system as the one in the computers is very slow and buggy, better connection, appreciation for what QAs do.
Speaking about the QA team, they're wonderful! If by "team" it's also meant to reflect CS agents and Team Leads, then the bar drops a LOT, as these seem to consider QA as 'enemies' when we're only doing our job and trying to help others improve.
The Quality Analyst job is very taxing on one's health, especially psychologically, with consistently increasing demands, bugged system, slow connection, being seen as an 'enemy' by others, not being allowed more than 2 sick days a month and getting paid less than all other staff members.
