I was hopeful at first and was able to get a promotion relatively fast, but after this it just seems like I've been given more work to receive more or less the same than I did before. Work ethic between departments needs to be aligned. I'm constantly undermined in my function by supervisors which passes on to their agents. To the point where microaggressions exist in the workplace.

We are constantly being asked more with no difference in pay while other departments with similar workloads are getting boosters and higher pay. A senior from my team earns less than a junior supervisor. When I ask people to come to my team, they flat out say the pay vs workload isnt worth it.
