Our new Director Operations is doing a great job to buld a new foundation wich is way more focused on employee satisfaction along with a healthy relation to the client.

Что самое позитивное вы можете сказать о культуре и обстановке на вашей работе?

I like the possibility to work from home. This is a key argument to stay with the company, since it saves a lot of time and makes sure Im able to receive packages, take care of animals in my breaktime and other things wich are important to me.

Почему вы чувствуете себя недооцененным(ой), и как ваша зарплата могла бы на это повлиять?

I think the leadership team is not at fault if it comes to payment. A Callcenter will never be able participate with other companys, since we are bound to client contracts, having the say. It would be nice if there would be another opportunity for anonymous feedback except this survey.

Что идёт не так, и как это можно улучшить?

I dont think my work is appreciated by my manager. Others who barely work get praise everyday, while I work my ass off and get mocked in meetings without reason. This is not my personal view, but a fact, since my tasks include controling, so I am able to see who works and who doesnt.
