My team is nose to the grind stone, but we also have fun. We love to joke and make each other laugh. They are problem solvers. The team does not look at a success as just a win, but as how can we make it better!

The most positive thing is dependability. Not only can the customer depend on a great product and well rounded sales team, but I know we can depend on each other. Each of our jobs are a link in a chain. If the chain breaks, Lamar does not fall. Our history, knowledge and expectations is the key link

Their door is always open. They understand deadlines and time sensitive issues. I don't wait on guidance on a problem. If I have an issue, they are right there working with me and they are not afraid to be the boots on the ground or to take on any roll. I have never got "that is not my problem" vibe
