It's been great. My former employer was a large corporation. I felt like another cog in the machine. Lamar is more like a family atmosphere. They care about their employees.

Good group of people. Our GM trusts us to do our jobs, isn't always questioning what or why we do things - unless there's a problem. And he isn't afraid to let us know when there is a problem. He does it in a constructive, positive way.
