I know raises & healthcare are expensive. Other incentives: Flex scheduling - some could work 7-4, others 8-5; or 4-10 hr days working, 3 days off IE: T/W/T/F or M/T/T/F , remote work, additional earned PTO, etc would go a long way and wouldn't be a financial drain.
Decent health insurance with a company paid portion
We are building a team who actually care about our successes
The part of the team who do care and are invested.
We are on a path to a more modern work environment and more diversity is being recognized and celebrated.
Flexibility in scheduling, ability to do hybrid schedule, dress code is relaxed for days when you are not front facing
a majority of our team cares and is invested in success. I do quickly see that waning as others who are not bring it down.
Executive - not much communication or interaction with them. Local - Best manager I have had. Leads, encourages, appreciates. Regional - not as in tune with local needs.
Input from persons actually performing the job duties and in the roles is welcomed, as we have a working day to day understanding of what is and is not going well and where we could improve.
Some coworkers are given too much leeway with attendance and other issues because discipline is so touchy. I know there are processes and steps, but I don't feel like we take them we just move the work to reliable others, which causes burnout.
Paid holidays are nice. PTO doesn't increase when you have been here more than 10 years - but if you leave for a new company you can negotiate that. Prescription coverage is not as great as it was. My health issues could affect my work performance, and I am actively trying to prevent that.
