Never been a discussion in regards to a base increase, It has always been the same answer or reason. It's only been to reduce pay, or eliminate pay with no adjustment for the reduction. Commission plan was finally adjusted about 6 months ago after 18 years? Why?
Been with company going on 19 years and nothing has changed other than the "cost of living" which never even got the first 6 years, I am the only real state person for the State of Montana, the 200$ "bonus" that is give at the end of year of feels like slap in the face.
