Being able to do my job and not have someone micro managing. Our leadership team gives us space and are confident that we know exactly what to do and will get it done in a timely fashion.

Getting paid a little more to compensate the sometimes heavy workload would make me feel more valued. Also, the standard of living is at an all time high right now and raising the pay rate would ease that pain as well.

Lamar is always inclusive when it comes to culture. Whether its for holidays, company sponsorships or just company events, they understand and recognize that there are all types of people that work here and they show it. The environment reflects the same and is very positive.
