
I have been here for almost 19 years. It's had its ups and downs. I have wanted to advance my career within the company for years, but despite acquiring an MBA and taking part of several nonprofit executive committees as well as achieving certifications, there are no opportunities in my vector.

I am excited about the Lamar Emerging Leaders program. I tried out the first year it was implemented, but I did not make the final cut. I am going to try again in 2024. I appreciate that Lamar sees the need to develop its leadership base.
