The people are the best. Everyone tries.
We talk to each other and can joke around. We all care about each other.
Being treated more like a salaried worker. They can run out anytime for their personal appointments, while I have to let my GM know and then either take PTO or make my time up. No getting my nails done in the middle of the day like some of the salaried employees.
As far as the local leadership team is concerned, we're on our 4th GM. We are a very successful group, both front employees and operations. He has come in and clamped down on everything, basically taking the fun out of work. Instead of observing and learning he has made sure we know he's the boss
