I enjoy working for this plant and for Lamar. I only wish there was more involvement in regards to our GM being more knowledgeable on our job duties. How can we be given the proper job descriptions or pay if he doesn't. My manager is way too new to be able to do that for me.

I enjoy not being micro managed. Our GM trust in us to get the job done and we do. I work better that way.

I therefore have been doing all that work, which I do not mind but it would only be fair for me to have an increase in pay for having more responsibilities if the managers pay didn't decrease for having less
