The top Interstate Logos executive creates a treats those under him very poorly and seems to strive to create a culture of fear. His Operations decisions are terrible for moral, the company and customers.
For the amount of work expected I am very underpaid. In comparison to what the company is taking in each year I feel like employees could be compensated better. Paying employees fairly would also help to attract more candidates.
