I like my job and my cowrkers. I dislike just about everything else. Managment is horrible, the system is not in the AE's favor, Appreciateion and Culture for employees in non existant, GM is noticably cheap and loves to say "No". No room to grow, make change, or compromise. Stay in your lane

My coworkers make the culture awesome. We don't get to socialize and managment looks down on us talking about anything besides work but we talk about our personal life reguarly

My AE team is awesome!!! Most of them have been at Lamar for 15+ years. They know what they are doing. They arn't heard when they are the boots on the floor but our banter is amazing.

The CT/Western MA GM only cares about numbers and dollars and not relationships with people or clients. He doesn't interact with us whatsover. They need to get out of there old fashion ways, create a better culture, help existing and new clients, and learn to be understanding and compromising.

Besides my personal bonus, I dont understand how my bonus is tied to National, OO, House, Programatic etc which are 100% out of my control. But if my local team is pacing over 100% we recieve a remote day. There is no money on the table for AE's. The system has no logic
