Our pay is not comparable to other media companies. On average I'm paid 5% of the total revenue I bring in.
Number one we like each other. When the leader in any team is a servant leader & stable than the rest of the team falls in place. Unstable or underperforming AE stand out and weed themselves out.
This is hard to explain because we are segmented by department but intertwined. The sales department culture (We've been together for a while) has each others best interest in mind but other departments since there are new people leading it are trying to find its flow and earn each others trust.
I believe that the training corporate has offered our managers have put us on the right track. The next step would be for management to track and follow up with the management team to ensure they are staying the course. To have a highly effective sales team you have to have highly function manager
