Initially it was welcoming and exciting. I felt valued, and enjoyed contributing tips or ideas to the team. I got along well with everyone but once i set boundaries and expressed my concerns with my supervisor I was treated differently, wasn't spoken to, or included. Lost trust and confidence

Supervisior sells against sales exeutives, adding hurdles to success. Do not adhere to the same sales policies that I am required to adhere to. Have been yelled at by GM and Supervisior which has changed the dynamic of our relationship. I feel unvalued.
