
Salaries seem reasonable, though I think that benefits are a little soft, bringing total compensation down somewhat.
I work remotely but get paid a reasonable rate even for a developer in a more competitive market.
Working with somebody remote like me is challenging, but I think they do a great job. If more people people sometimes would reach out just to shoot the breeze, it might help somewhat.

Working on software for the Church is very satisfying personally and the technical challenges and skilled coworkers make the job intellectually stimulating as well. The people that I interact with on a day-to-day are also fantastic and make the whole thing even better.
The people that I work with are kind, good-hearted people who love to goof around, but get down to it when it's time to work. Some of the developers that I work with are extremely skilled without being arrogant and are always willing to help out.
