The compensation at Malouf is more that just your salary. Health insurance premiums are covered by the company, lunch is provided every day, there is an on-site barber and gym, and the people you work with are phenomenal. Culture can’t be monetized but

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process at Malouf was very friendly and I always knew where in the process I was. I was given a tour when I interviewed and was even introduced to the CEO. I felt respected the entire time and was given a complimentary pillow as I left.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the things I like best about my team are how well we work together, our diversity of ideas, and the way we communicate. We all help each other respectfully and actively work together to get our tasks done. It makes work a lot less stressful and a lot more fun.

What makes you most happy at work?
I get excited to go to work everyday because I love what I do. My job responsibilities are very closely related with what I studied in college and I feel that I grow professionally every day. I also enjoy my coworkers and the environment I work in. Being at work is rewarding and fun.

I like that the leadership at Malouf is built in to the teams.Your manager is on your team doing what you do every day.They listen to your ideas, concerns, challenges, and successes.They ask about your weekend and meet with you often to see how things are going so they can help you reach your goals.
