The leadership team is super accessible. If I have questions or concerns, I know I can take it to the relevant manager or to the executive team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has strong values that guide day-to-day interactions. Plus, we have a charity that we support, the Malouf Foundation, so it feels like I'm working toward a greater good.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package is extremely generous and features on my overall health and wellness. We have a gym, trainer, salon, healthy food and snacks, free mental health resources, and full paid health insurance, plus vision and dental. It feels like they really care.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The benefit package and overall support is great, but our company is also just fun. The CEO cares about keeping people engaged and invested in our work, and adds value with the Malouf Foundation. Getting to contribute to the Foundation adds another layer of meaning to work.
