I have not been with Medela long, but I feel they are transparent on both the achievements and challenges we are currently facing.
We have a good team with common goals. However, we are short handed and wearing many hats can cause confusion and inefficacy.
The Bonus structure and Pension (Although, I do not believe "Pension" is the right name for it. I see it as more of a service award. A pension is usually paid in regular amounts for life after retirement.)
The bonus is helpful. The pension is nice, but I do not believe it should be called a "pension" since it is a fixed amount at the end of employment. It is more of a years of service award.
