I am sad to see that many valuable employees have left the company because they don't feel rightfully appreciated for their efforts, or because they find our work environment very confusing, or just because they get better offers and the company is not even trying to match them to retain the worker.

There is a lot of frustration within the employees that, even though we work a lot and we do a lot to improve our working style and processes, in the end we are still repeating the same mistakes and not really moving forward.
