The culture has embraced the post-covid work environment. Where you work (home, 1101 corporate drive) no longer is a critical component to getting your job done. I think flexible work has grown the culture positively and people honestly, get more work done at a higher quality.
Pension, 401k & health benefits. I wish we had that exercise program back where if we tracked our steps each day, etc. we would earn points towards lowes, amazon etc gift cards. That got my whole family on the move. We did away with that program over 5yrs ago (It's not Healthiest You).
