Overall it is a good experience. I enjoy my direct managers and like my co-workers. Over the last 7 years, a lot of changes in upper management which is alarming. Lack of product innovation and supply issues. Often I feel like some of the product launches and initiatives are not executed well.
Overall Positive. Good culture and employee's care about making a difference. Only negative is there sometime seems like a lack of clear direction (numerous changeover in executive/upper mgmt over last handful of years. Efficient execution in regards to HM innovation/new products is lacking.
