Coming into this company I was blown away by the culture, that was the hook. This company cares about its employees in a way I didn't experience until I came to work here.

Overall, my experience has been fantastic. My only complaint would be wages. The people are great and what nCino offers for/to their employees is pretty great as well.

The knowledge and creativity. The people as a whole make that great.

Their willingness to help and teach. The emojis and memes that are created are fantastic as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
nCino is full of some really great, intelligent people. Sometimes pay can full short of that recognition.

They seem to care about their employees, but I do wish they re-evaluated the market and inflation more closely.

Every day is an adventure. The company does the best it can in keeping the culture alive, but it all starts with the people that they bring into the company itself.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like my compensation and my title are a direct reflection on the value my company sees in me. Inflation isn't going down, and I do wish that would be considered. A suggestion of an additional benefit--like $1500 per year for health (mental, pet or gym memberships). Work-life balance.
