Overall very positive. They're definitely focused on hiring the right people. Culture is changing for the better. Legacy people are not as supportive, and it definitely creates roadblocks.

Overall my experience is very positive. We have a few detractors who have a negative impact on others. It feels that these people are retained because of their position despite their negative impacts.
