Elavon: Can't work together given no time to speak to each other every second is watched and you only get 15 minutes a day for all customer emails.

NETSCOUT: I came from a position that was underpaid and overworked to a position that I was appropriately paid and reminded to take PTO by my manager. Quite the culture shift from one Nasdaq 200 company to the other.
