Vertafore: Too much work, too much turnover (mostly SR people) and no clearly defined roles and expectations. Customers are sold things that are not real and then whoever the SR person on the team is has to deliver messages, whether it's their responsibility or not. Can't get new people trained fast enough.
Global Atlantic Financial Group: I'm still fairly new, but it feels like Global Atlantic is positioning itself for a successful future. Technology is far more open to change than other places I have experience with. Some typical business-IT struggles exist, but are getting better!

U.S. Dermatology Partners: There's a lot of good that I really try to focus on but the lack of up to date technology, the conflicting information I've received from my supervisor and the overwhelming amount of burn out around me can make it difficult. High positions who are on a power trip need to be held accountable.
U.S. Dermatology Partners: The nurses all feel like mean girls and there's a lot of clique-yness amongst all the employees.
Helpware: We are not so bureaucratic in the processes, in addition to continuously improving and perfecting these processes.
