Clear and realistic process and procedures that work at all sites. Not just enforce what works for the Denver site.
Too much turnover. Too much work. Undefined roles. No training whatsoever. Have to be billable, but then I get assigned non billable work. Then am criticized for not being billable.
Too much work and not enough experienced people to do it, unrealistic expectations for every project and confusion or disagreement between Sales and Professional Services about how projects should be run and timing around delivery.
New hires are now coming in making as much as 10+ year employees. Senior level people have been leaving for years now and haven't been replaced. That puts a lot of burden on the SR people that have stayed. Nobody knows anything anymore.
