CentralSquare: Overall benefits and work life balance and really good. But the compensations are really low. I don't see any efforts in retaining the valuable long term employees.

Rubio's Restaurants: Staff needs to need to be held accountable. People with poor work ethic do not receive repurcutions. But people with good work quality have one misstake and its a write up. Mamagement needs to defend staff. Lots of verbal abuse and almost phyical altercations started by guest, managers dont care
