Global Payments: I met great knowledgeable team members
First Merchants: The programs we use are horrible, the policies outdated, the training nonexistent. Once you are working in your branch (as long as you get a good branch) than things are fine. It is very hard to adjust to systems that have as much human error as ours allow.

LegalZoom: Meh. My manager doesn't seem interested in managing. There are frequent pulse surveys but the results aren't shared and nothing changes. We're told to write OKRs and then they aren't used for anything. There's a lot of "why bother" work - the higher ups say to do it, then completely ignore it.

LegalZoom: Frustration. Lots of potential, but many wasted opportunities. Reasonable people may sometimes disagree on certain approaches. But there are several areas where I believe there is overwhelming consensus on what could be done to improve.
Lamar Advertising: Very often overwhelming and very poor management or Direction it just seems like anymore any one of us is just a number and our direct management is not really concerned about our morale or even our well-being at sometimes when they are there
Medela: It has been one of the best places I have ever worked at.
RX: The company uses outdated metrics to measure performance in sales (call volume, call duration) and fails to encourage account managers to achieve targets outside of fiscal incentives. Training could be improved by targeting real issues (not just sales techniques)
