Medela: The first 8 years of my career here in Medela were very well! Everyone got along and management valued their employees. Now, it seems like management only cares about numbers and who is able to get them their numbers. We're just numbers to them instead of people.
ContactPoint360: 3/10. The workload, the tools are easy. It's ok to work more job types for UL since they aren't that complicated. But the management should at least try and do smthng like allowance/do smthng better for agents esp when they're doing their best. The should treat their agents better so they will stay

ContactPoint360: Being with CP360 is like a roller coaster ride. Sometimes I get excited and challenged, and there are times I get anhedonia. The company itself has great talents, and it's sad to see these talents wasted all because the company doesn't give enough value.

ContactPoint360: WAVE 1 (ORIGINAL WAVE) are the best until new employees were hired. They are sick people and unprofessional.

Dealing with client's request is not new to me and I provide them with all their requests that exceeds their expectation. Medela: Overall it is mixed - there have been several organizational changes made over the past few years and in turn a lot of great people have either left the company or have been asked to leave. That in turn has stretched many people and create a burnout culture.

ContactPoint360: It varies from good to poor. The good is based on my subordinates and peers. The poor is based on leadership. It is mainly based on the fact that questions are avoided and unanswered. The company seems to only want to save money. It takes money to make money and retain money.
ContactPoint360: It's not been a great experience since none of us have seen any payment increase or any incentives at all. Terrible experience.

PSI Services: Doing what you said you would do. Telling people they get there test grade at the end and not printing them. Telling us to call the PSI number to find out if we pass. They tells we will get them email within 24 hours. 48 hours later still nothing. Now it will be 3 to 5 days.
BairesDev: I have worked for multiple outsourcing companies, and remote job positions, and BairesDev is for sure the company that gives more attention for the people behind the desks. You feel part of a huge team and you have full support from colleagues, HR, and managers.

Medela: Until recently it's been wonderful. Poor raises coupled with a larger work load, no guidance on major changes, and little communication with stock issues has made it difficult.

Vertafore: I'm still fairly new. The team has worked hard to get me ready and feel confident. My manager, so far, has treated one on ones like a drive by. They do not feel engaged at all

Herff Jones: There seems to be a lack of communication within the company. Orders are consistently incorrect even though details are confirmed months in advance. This seems to point to a lack of communication between departments.
Dayton Freight: Fantastic - like family - culture is awesome
FSA Federal: I feel valued as an employee from an FSA perspective but working closely with the federal agency I feel I'm not respected by them. I also feel my time off including Vacation/Sick time is not a great amount compared to other companies or federal agencies I work with as a contractor.
FSA Federal: FSA has been a great company overall. The work hard to give good benefits and care about their employees.
Vertafore: Vertafore is a best in class company that has a culture anyone would want to be a part of.

Constant Contact: There's not much to like unfortunately, they don't listen to employee feedback. They will send out a survey once a year to gather feedback, and then nothing is ever heard from the results of that.
GitHub: They are always there to help me even when I'm unaware of any problems. No hesitation and it gets fixed quickly,afficiently,without complaints.
doTERRA: the compensation is generous and joyful
Rubio's Restaurants: I'm not really sure, we aren't ever talked to about it or openly givin an opportunity to use them.
Regus: Great company match on 401k. Bonuses are fair.

Days Inn: The Days in on Main Sreet, Santa Maria is disgusting. Every surface and floor in room 201 was sticky and dirty. I carry Chlorox wipes and they were dirty brown when I cleaned up. Bed was decent but sheets smells of rancid vegetable oil.

Trupanion: People need to be trusted. The bonus process demonstrates a lack of trust for people to work honestly, and the way that goals are picked apart at the end of each month is tiresome and discouraging.

Vertafore: its been a wild ride from bootcamp, to going solo on phone calls and then now asking for more products to train on
Bozzuto: Compliance with provisions of the DC Bedbug Control Act of 2022 such as providing tenants with a written report within five business days and covering the inspection/treatment expense if tenants have cooperated with granting access to the apartment.
Snap Finance: Some teams seem to have it together, some do not. There are good, hardworking people but also an increase in office politics recently.
