our HR and support team are very communicative and they provide a quick turnaround on any matter we raise as soon as they can. :-)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
a few items in my contract are not being met, even on a minimum expectation and we are not getting any tangible solutions up to this point, yet.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even we work far from our home site in Cebu, we never felt left out since our HR and support team has been involving us with all the fun activities and other perks our onsite team members experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
the team has a unique synergy since we've been working together for almost a decade now and we know each other's strengths and opportunities, so we make sure to align each other's tasks based on what each and every member of the team do best.
