Agents need to be profiled better. Attitude problems ahould have more severe consequences. It takes a yeat of observation to really remove them
Tasks are given which is good however there is no proper channeling of feedbCk and because there is no score card there is no proper evaluation. It is based solely on how you can please the upper management.
Managerial level is good. Supervisorial level is good Senior Managers tend to build empires and play eith favorites. No score card for operations and QA Ownership is unclear
