Lamar Advertising: started off ok. certain employees start to slack, I was expected to take on their responsibilities while they got a reduced workload and pay increase. Management is rarely involved in overseeing the day-to-day activities and is honestly clueless about the roles of certain individuals.

GoodLeap: There is very disorganized (or sometimes non-existent) communication between departments. No one has any idea what the other one is doing. They also seem to not take customers' concerns seriously. Managers have only surface-level care for employees. Only staying because the benefits are great.
GoodLeap: Good Leap is a solid business, I have recommeded that at least 4 of my friends apply. Hopefully they will apply and work with me here

Lamar Advertising: Previous companies it seemed like my efforts weren't paying off. With Lamar I'm actually working towards something and getting results. In addition, they have opportunities nationwide and you frequently hear about long-term anniversaries and retirement announcements. That says a lot today.
