FSA Federal: When I first started, I LOVED my job, but recently, we hired more employees who do not want to work or are not as excited about the job. I hear all their daily gripes and complaints and they look to me to solve all their problems rather than trying to figure out their own problems.
SHI International: Play favorites. Continue to take away incentives from employees (ie Christmas bonuses). Can get easily burnt out. Was hybrid but they continue ti increase more days in the office simply because they want to micro-manage. The internal systmes never work, which makes your daily task daunting.

Appian: The onboarding process was the best I have every encountered. The training and content is challenging. Coworkers are all high achievers and engaged which rubs off on others around them. So far I am loving the company and have been having great experiences.

It offers a lot of advancement opportunities if you are able to show value. The teams are smaller - more quality talent over throwing more bodies in seats.

CentralSquare: I have absolutely loved working at CentralSquare. Making the change was scary after 16 years in my previous job, but I have never had a moment of regret making the change. I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to do what I do.
CentralSquare: I feel very welcome here. The initial hiring process I wasn't very pleased with. I had to try and reach out a lot to find out where I was in the process after given a 7-10 business day it took almost a month to finally get somewhere. Other than that it has been a good experience so far.
CentralSquare: I love working at CST, I like that I can work from home, that they give us unlimited PTO, the expectations are clear and that the teamwork is unparalleled.
