NWN: I have the freedom to be the best I can be at my job role. There are not strict boundaries defining how I perform my job or even what schedule I work (although the workload is pretty heavy.) I am self-driven and creative, so I grow every year and I believe this is recognized and appreciated.

There were some rough times in taking care of customers during the merger, but I have since change to another job duty.
First Merchants: If we had a great executive team, this would be an amazing place to work, but unfortunately EMT doesn't hold themselves accountable and our board of directors do not either.
