Even to this day, any questions i have are answered promptly and thoroughly. Management actually cares about me as a person and is there for me.

GoodLeap: Instituting annual raises would be the biggest one. Only being able to get a raise through promotions can ultimately lead to a cap on pay, which may be good in the moment, but doesn't keep up with cost of living.
GoodLeap: It's been an amazing ride here. Though, the only thing that would make this better would be a cost of living raise because we are struggling in this economy and we are not being compensated enough.
GoodLeap: I enjoy working at a company that cares about the environment. My coworkers are great (for the most part). The downside is the lack of a fair wage. Benefits are okay, PTO and time off is not comparable to other companies that are in the same industry as GoodLeap.

GoodLeap: The people are amazing and the jobs are what you would expect, the only thing that is severely lacking is the pay. We shouldn't need second jobs to pay our bills considering the amount of work and effort we put into the company.
GoodLeap: we're being told to bust our butts to get high numbers. but without raises, there isn't an incentive. Yes we want the company to well, but its hard to put in the effort. Promotions aren't really worth it either when some rolls are in office. that difference is just going to gas at $5 a gallon
