The culture of the comoany is good, but it has some down points as "expected" layoffs that happens almost every year at the end of the year.
Ventech Solutions: Good! I've had different roles since joining the company, and have found them all to be rewarding.
Turnitin: Values don't count, only money.
LSO: Updating tracking, answering calls about tracking, returning emails regarding claims tickets, researching claims escalation tickets, returning calls that have been on hold. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with customer service. ZERO UPDATES TO MY TRACKING IN OVER 20 DAYS.

The atmosphere is one where senior leadership is approachable and gets know your name. Holman has also pushing to get employees back to work but is also being extremely flexible.
Route: Working at Route has been great. They trust their employees, train, give valuable feedback, are flexible, are quick to correct mistakes, and are growing quickly.
Pilot: So far everyone has been very supportive and patient. Sometimes have to wait on assistance when work is blocked.

Medscape: Large disconnects between teams across the company and between account managers and production teams creates a lot of friction and low morale. Decisions sent down from above without input from production makes it hard to do your job and leaves no room for growth or gaining skills.

Camp Bow Wow: The owner is nuts. Shes constantly contridicting herself. She spends more times picking fights with our manager than actually listening to anyone. And shes also the reason that many of our camp bow wow employees quit the moment she steps foot into the building.

Pendo: Pendo's culture isn't anything like I've seen elsewhere. It's the culture that most companies want / say the have, but very few actually achieve. I put a lot of this down to the CEO - an open, transparent way of working that's keeps you accountable in a fair way. In summary, I feel like Pendo cares.

They are, in my opinion, engaging in unethical activities by holding money intended for refunds to customers. Allowing chargebacks when they even confirm that the refunds referenced in the chargebacks were refunded
Ventech Solutions: Good career advancement, good career support. Nice people generally. Lack of diversity can make it hard to be "different".
