Namely: I'm still fairly new at Namely, but so far the people have been great. The systems and processes need work, but everyone collaborates to make iterative improvements and it feels good to be part of that ongoing improvement process.

ansrsource: My overall experience till now has been wonderful. There is a lot of transparency here. We can reach out to the management at any time for any queries/questions.
ansrsource: It has its ups and downs. On one hand, it is employee-centric and provides a number of facilities such as engagement activities, additional payroll benefits, etc. On the other hand, there is still room for improvement with few middle-level managers, who need to take people skill training.
GoodRx: Positive. My coworkers are genuinely nice, my manager treats me fairly, I am paid well, I don't have to apologize for taking time off and my schedule is flexible.

Overall I think everyone is well intentioned, but we tend to overthink and overplan stuff based of subjective feelings, not real metrics. I would love to see some gas poured over the fire.
