Bungie: After recent of 2023 it goes without saying the soul...the identity the company once had is dead its now just another soulless Corp out to drain money out of its customers for very little effort and product.
Bungie: They need to get some executives that understand what the company makes and what long term changes can actually lead to success with their products. The executives clearly do not care to understand what they actually do, they just want to cash a check. The company is likely to die soon.

Elemica: Mostly great! We do have normal challenges with processes and people that can make things difficult for me on a consistent basis, but nothing that I feel is not getting addressed. In general, I really do love my job and working for this company!

Farm Fresh To You: overall good company, bureaucratic, not a lot of cultural connection between upper management and front end, so decisions that are handed down, feel very bureaucratic, and perhaps a little out of touch sometimes.
Stevens Worldwide Van Lines: Stevens a shell of its former self. The family took the money and took a dive, selling out to the big dogs and now serving as an entity when the government needs to spread the moves around. The top of the food chain thrived, but most of the employees were unceremoniously dumped.

Digital Media Solutions: The visibility and collaborative nature of most of the team
Bounteous: I came to Bounteous through an acquisition and have found in my time here that the people who work at Bounteous are talented and really great to work with. The leadership keeps growing through acquisition and then doing a poor job of integrating companies.
Bungie: Stop changing the meta constantly and increase vault space. I wouldnt have to keep so many weapons and armor if you didnt keep chnaging every thing. If a weapin is good it should not become crap 3 months later.
Bungie: Upper management needs to be let go. They have no idea what the consumer wants and are only there to line their pockets

Instawork: I did a job at the beginning of the month and they have not paid me...they swear they did but there is no record of my bank having received to money I will nor take anymore gigs from them.

Bungie: Restart from the ground up. Be better

Bungie: Stop lying about being better and be significantly more transparent about how they treat their employees.
Bungie: The Bungie Development Team and community members. They are the heart of Bungie, not the HR/higher management. It is clear that the higher ups do not work well with the heart given the recent and unwarranted layoffs
Medical Solutions: Loved this job! Biggest thing I lost respect for was the fact that the recent lay off was not communicated after being told that the company was doing so well and no lay off were going to happen.
Bungie: their entire leadership team needs to be completely re evaluated
Bungie: remove drip fed content stop producing new content, and fix the game
Bungie: Whoever the management team is, remove them.
Bungie: Get rid of the rotting carcass of greed that is the executives of the company

Golden Hippo: I couldn't be happier with where I am in the company and the balance I get outside of work. Golden Hippo is truly doing everything right when it comes to respecting their employees. I love what I do, I love the team that I work with, and I enjoy coming to work everyday.
Bungie: I have never agreed with the political beliefs of the company. But I could look last that, what I cant look past is the blatant disrespect from the CEO and managerial staff at Bungie towards their customers and their employees. I hope the CEO leaves and bungie starts fresh with new management.
Bungie: Prioritize the player experience in your games and spend more time developing that than pathetic trinkets on the MTX store
Productboard: It is so rewarding to work for a company when the customers LOVE the product. There are lots of great things here, that that one is the best.

Choice Home Warranty: Customer service and response. As of today, I have been waiting over two weeks for their tech to arrive to diagnose/fix/replace my hot water heater. It seems their delay tactic is designea so I will have to replace my hot water heater on my own due to thier delay.
Madison Logic: There is a 'family' feeling within the company. Collaboration and Transparency are great.
Amplify: EVERYTHING!!! Customer service. It takes hours to get to a real person and then they usually refer you to someone supposedly higher up the chain, who never responds. After 24 hours you get an email saying your issue has been resolved. It hasn't. The website is also impossible to use!
