Hometap: So far my experience has been great. The people are kind and generous with their time, making sure to thoroughly answer any questions I have. My manager makes themselves available when needed. I'm trusted to get my work done and to ask questions and/or for help when needed.

Core BTS: Fake "unlimited" time off scheme where you never accrue any paid time off and have to beg every time for permission. Americans already don't use their vacation time. This is a great way to make them use even less and make it uncomfortable to even ask.

Loup expects a solid performance from their employees. Their benefits, salary, and office culture are rewarding and will keep me here as long as they'll let me.
