Formula.Monks: A good hiring process, it took a couple of weeks but was never left hanging or without an answer, everyone was kind. Onboarding had lot of info but it's a do it at your own pace, never was pressured. People are kind and helpful. Even remote I don't ever feel lost or left out. Loving it.
Chronosphere: A great experience from interview process (I ended up interviewing 3 times for 3 different positions) to the hiring/offer portion. I've felt really included and welcome.
Strava: Set out a compelling vision and then stay on message for long periods of time. Not changing your mind every five seconds. Make better top level hires.

MannKind Corporation: mannkind is a small company with related small company challenges. However, even with limited resources, they strive to really take care of and support their employees.
Eargo: We are a young company so there are a lot of changes taking place at all times. It is a good place to work and I think management cares about employees but it can be difficult to navigate the constantly changing protocols, etc.

Strava: Generally positive. Main complaints would be constantly shifting priorities and vision from company leaders. That might be necessary, but if so let's just be honest about it and not pretend to have a long-term vision.
Altametrics: Management is very reasonable about timelines and doesn't pressure us to do low quality work to increase output.

Otherwise, having a strong team and relationships with others really makes my experience great. I feel like I am in the right place for learning and career growth too.

This company took a chance on me, when I didn't have any manufacturing experience and I enjoy showing them that they made a great choice each work day.
Strava: At my level, pay is on par with top companies. Strava also has exceptional medical and healthcare.

Strava: Overall great, but I'm slowly starting to understand the challenges and reasons that others have voluntarily left Strava. My thoughts are that a lot of the turnover could be prevented with better management and growth opportunities.
Strava: I'm grateful to work at Strava and I often feel lucky that this is what I get to do and these are the people I get to be surrounded by. Strava's wonderful. Sometimes our leadership is a little bit defensive or all over the place with their ideas, but it's great in every other way.

Strava: I don't think the title is well calibrated. I have met a handful of coworkers who, after working together for a while, I think have inflated title levels compared to myself, both in my own org (Eng) and other orgs. I feel I'm lowballed

Strava: I am paid fairly for the work I do, I am a little disappointed that I did not get much of a yearly raise for 23 but I got a promotion in Q3 last year so I still feel quite fairly compensated.
