CyberCoders: Good and bad, mostly bad due to the time I showed up. This role is very difficult and can make you feel like you don't have the skills to be successful.

Sometimes I am worried about the turnover rate and how I hear that some people are given very little heads up before they are let go. Makes me anxious even though I feel I am doing a great job.

VillageMD: Hire real nurses with real world experience to provide support and education to clients. Medical Assistants are valued as techs. MA perform vital signs and lab draws but RN should be making the assessments with a holistic approach. RNs have the education to educate. LVNs are hands on skill educated.

Clover Health: To understand what is long-term goal of the company in its entirety. The greater mission is not to make money, but to provide care, and optimize patient care. Once that mission is aligned through out all departments, company will soar.

Branch: I think Branch has a lot of potential. If the leadership team can get their act together quickly & find a meaningful balance focusing on internal and external challenges, then we can really hit a home run with our goals. The people at Branch are our biggest asset today & some of the best.
