Crusoe: Company has been good to work for I look forward to advancing within the company. I believe offering cross training opportunities for employees would have a huge overall effect on production. Wages are grouped by job title and not overall production and responsibility.
Crusoe: The experience has been over good. Learning procedures and the technology associated has been intriguing. Majority of my co-workers are focused on getting the task at hand and goals done; and are willing to help. There are many different facets or teams that work at crusoe, it's been great thus far.

indinero: I have only been here for 2 weeks but the culture is very welcoming. All of my onboarding issues were handled timely. I feel like the leadership teams genuinely want what is best for myself and the company as a whole.

This is a private business though, and it's not the same company I was hired to work for. Most things change without explanation, many of them without direct communication about why

Saying we're a special, different, and better organization than those comparable to us, but then saying "we pay you the going market rate" is contradictory. It hurts morale.

Crusoe: Good overall. Constant hiring from an individual's referral's has crippled the facility as far as decision makings go and for one to stand out for what's right. No one wants to hurt a friends feeling or not want to speak up for what's right, knowing that it's wrong to not speak about the situation.

WePay: WePay on several occasions have withheld my money for weeks on end and they never respond. The fact that that they process money and don't have a phone support to discuss these issues is ridiculous. I would not recommend working with this company at all.

Nightingale College: Overall, I believe in the company mission and vision. However, there are opportunities for improvement to retain quality nursing faculty. I believe better emphasis on this would be extremely beneficial for learners and the company as a whole.

I would like to stay as long as possible but one thing that is always a concern since the start of my employment I worry my function is going to change or I am going to be required to travel each semester The college frequently changes function requirements
Camp Bow Wow: Dogs are fantastic to work with. Managment is dysfunctional and a whole lot of favoritism going on. When management invites half the coworkers to their home, and ignores the other half of the coworkers, there's a problem. Can't recommend.
Nightingale College: Love the growth and change of Nightingale College. There are opportunities for advancement if you want and plenty of collaboration.
Nightingale College: When people ask me about my job at Nightingale I reply, "I landed well."
Nightingale College: Like I said - before this new travel policy came out, I was extremely satisfied. Now, based on this new policy - I am going to be the last person who volunteers to do any extra DFCs and/or volunteer to stay anywhere long term. I'd rather travel each week and be sleep deprived now. Very frustrated.
