The Colony Group: We have recently merged our RIA with TCG and I was worried about loosing our small office feel but I am truly glad I have stayed on thought merger. The people at TCG are amazing to work with, they are happy to collaborate, share information and they are passionate about the work they do!
Matic: Overall I would rate matic sub par compared to many organizations. Benefits are severly lacking and the conpany overall does not take care of its licensed agents. Upper management should be ashamed of themselves. Company is not insuretech bur claims to be. Upper management is selfish
Vena Solutions: I've seen Vena nearly triple in size from when I started, but I wouldn't say that the culture has drastically changed from its core roots. It's easy to collaborate, meet new people even when virtual, and we get a lot of insight into company performance. I love working here!

Choice Home Warranty: Company refuses to call me back after making a ridiculous offer to replace my 700.00 dryer with 327.00. Service e rep that ane out was great. Person I am trying to work with to solve problem wont return phone calls. I am without a dryer and I am 70 years old.

Allios: Not enough progress has been made. Many problems persist across many warehouses that are leading to turnover. Upper management never gives feedback nor action plans for real process improvement.
Webflow: A lot of companies say that they are people-centric, but Webflow actually lives it (so much so that it is part of their company mission).

But if I am totally honest, I do not feel appreciated or like my achievements are recognized like others.

Simpro Software: The culture and people are fantastic, and are what makes working at simPRO so great! The struggle is handling the rapid growth/ change. And although career advancement does happen, the pathways and onboarding to new roles needs more support/ training.
