Headspace: Great app, maybe the best out there. Virtually no customer service when it comes to technical issues and money. Do read ratings of their customer service to get an impression of their way to operate. It seems cancelled subscriptions are billed without permission and no one can be reached to refund.

Choice Home Warranty: My air conditioner went bad 3 months after starting with choice. This company has lied about me canceling appointments when they cancelled them, sent sub-standard contractors to my home and have not fixed my air conditioner yet. This was the biggest mistake I have ever made.

HelloFresh: customer service is poor, the website never works and I have never been able to add extras to my meals. we have to pay extra for certain meals and the linkability between the app and the web application is terrible, ie; you cant change any details via the app. they never resolve their tech issues.
