Mondo: Lot of drama - zero independence. Metrics for metrics sake; there is no work like balance or flexibility, and commissions are not competitive (neither is base). Benefits are reasonable but you will have stress beyond your imagination. Questionable ethics for sure.
Responsive: I enjoy working here. The product is amazing and people are willing to help. Continuous learning is definitely supported here. With that said, I do not feel challenged at work. Work operations seem to be in silos which takes the joy out of building something. Otherwise, I like RFPIO.

MISUMI: On micro-levels it feels that the teams and departments really synergize and communicate across the other micro-level teams. But on a macro scale the issues and solutions and current environment/mix of the company (and therefore that particular environment/mix's needs) is completely lost.

It becomes hard to learn about the systems we have created, resources for things like this simply dont exist. Better communication and goals would go far to improve our product.

The leadership in my department is difficult to work with and has little to no leadership skills that translates to team members not being held accountable and/ or being treated differently based on favors they do for the manager.

Ventech Solutions: I've been here for 3 years now and I've honestly loved every second of it. I wish the raises were a bit more but who doesn't. The customers are some of the nicest I've ever experienced and to have so many in upper management that know who all their Employees are and care is amazing.

We're months later (they should be called 3-month-blinds) and multiple installs later - so much frustration, headache, etc.!
