Addepar: My overall expereince at Addepar has been volatile. When its great its great and when its not so great you can feel the shift because you've expereinced how awesome it could be working here. Separately, I've been blocked from promotions because I'm told I'm too valuable in my current role. I'm paid far under market average and my last raise was less than 2%. Leadership is all talk.
